房間很乾凈，每天都打掃，不像美國很多酒店兩三天才打掃一次，這個要贊一下的，酒店有賣聯合影城的票，稍微優惠一點，這個也可以的。酒店是地下車庫，15刀一晚。有一個guest laundry room，衹有一個洗衣機和一個烘乾機，機器比較少。

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by a very pleasant young man, everything went well! My husband has heart problems and can't walk very far, so he found a room close to the elevator, and a handicap parking space for us ( my husband has a placard). It worked out very well. The room was cool and we rested comfortably. Breakfast was much heartier than we've seen elsewhere. We chose omelets with hashbrowns , and decaf coffee. The kitchen area was spotless, and 2 young women kept everything well stocked! There were a lot of people there with young children and we noticed that there were items at breakfast that they loved.....lots of happy munching going on! We only stayed one night because the relatives we went to visit have to go back to work on Monday, but we are looking forward to another visit!

“When we checked in, the room did not provide bottled water, and the staff at check-in did not offer us two bottles of water, nor did we know that we could ask them for two bottles. The next day, when our friends checked in, they received two bottles of water, and that’s when I realized that I could ask the front desk for two bottles of water. So, I went to the front desk and asked if I could get two bottles of water because we were not provided with bottled water at check-in yesterday. The staff member responded, ‘How would I know if you took any yesterday? So please go buy your own water.’ I was taken aback and felt very uncomfortable with the questioning attitude.”
